Heritage Properties’ partner corporation, Heritage Restoration, is the contracting and construction firm that handles maintenance calls for our management clients. We also execute construction and renovation projects for our own properties and for clients in the St. Louis area. Our portfolio includes home additions, gut renovations, kitchen and bath refresh projects, and expanding living areas into unfinished areas of homes. We are also willing and able to take on smaller projects including outdoor decks, installing new flooring, painting and trim installation, and any manner of home repair or upkeep task, including original wood windows and doors. Our focus on historically sensitive renovations and repairs helps maintain and revitalize historic features that may otherwise have been lost.
